Great location. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything needed… bring every food needed including salt and pepper! Loved the pools . We used Wild Dunes chair/umbrella service, set up by 9 and still up at 6… great service! Ask for the front row. Our favorite lunch was the taco truck at the Sweetwater Inn pool.

Sweet 16 celebration
Property is beautifully decorated and close to all of the amenities. This was our first time visiting Wild Dunes Resort and we would absolutely be back. This home is perfect. It is walking distance to all of the amenities and plenty of room for a family or a group of people.

Great spot! It was for a mom’s weekend getaway, however they had lots of toys/ kid’s stuff too if we had brought them with. It was a very quick walk to most of the resort amenities, a pleasant surprise! The porch swing was my favorite. Some of the extra blankets didn’t seem to be washed prior to our arrival. Our only wish was a full length mirror was in the home. Would stay there again!

Gorgeous cottage a short drive from Charleston
We were highly impressed with our 3 bed/2 bath Twin Oaks 48 cottage at Wild Dunes! It was clean, the beds were SUPER comfortable, and the environment in general was very inviting. We enjoyed game nights, Christmas movies, and many laughs at our home for the weekend. Charleston had a lot to offer from shopping, ghost tours, and carriage tours! We highly recommend Page’s Okra Grill for ANY meal. Very affordable and the food is DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

This is a great spot! Small, but the space is well utilized that our group of 8 never felt crowded. Beds were comfortable, and the space is clean and updated. The access to the Wild Dunes resort facilities was a major perk. Beach and pool access were walkable and very nice.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
