My stay included a mix of family for my grandchild’s graduation. All felt safe and comfortable at Wild Dunes. Do wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities available-will consider a revisit in the future!!

We love everything on this property, the only thing to complain was that smell a little bit like old wood but we think is normal for the edge of the property. But it was nothing to worry about

Cozy Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Wild Dunes is a lovely community and the property was very nice. Although we didn't partake in all of the offered amenities we did enjoy the 5 minute walk to the beach. As hoped, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The screened porch was roomy and a great additional living area. Although it's a relatively small space, our party of 8 did not feel overly crowded. The den furniture could stand a refresh and oven mits and dish towels would also be nice. Overall, a very comfortable home and a great stay!

Everything was a CV positive experience that made our time more enjoyable.
The home was clean and well stocked for any occasion. The furnishings were comfortable and all the rooms rooms were cheerful and tastefully decorated. The home had lots of games, books towels dishes pots/pans, silverware that added to our comfort. The bottle of wine and delicious lemon snap cookies were waiting for us with a hand written greeting! We will be back and the owners/management made sure we had an exciting weekend. Superb hospitality.!!

If you are looking for a very pretty house with nice beds and perfect kitchen just a block from the beach dont look any further this is it. Do not hesitate one second this house is fantastic and offers such a good package. We ll be back !

My family had an awesome time here. Close to the tennis courts and pool. Very clean. Plenty of space for what we needed.

Please note that beach renourishment work may be taking place near this unit during your stay. For the most up-to-date project information, please visit the City of Isle of Palms’ City-Managed Beach Restoration Projects page.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are

No Refunds or Compensation for Amenity Closures:
Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals is not responsible for issuing refunds, rate adjustments, or compensation due to the temporary closure, limited availability, or unavailability of any ancillary amenities or services during a guest’s stay. This includes, but is not limited to, pools, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, spa services, dining outlets, and retail operations.

Guest Acknowledgment:
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that access to resort amenities and third-party services is not guaranteed for the entirety of their stay and that closures or interruptions may occur without prior notice.
