I don’t often write reviews but this place truly deserved it. The proactive communication and service was the best I’ve had on Airbnb. The house actually turned out better than the pictures. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Every detail was thought of in terms of stocking the kitchen and the slightest issue, ie minor issue with the toaster was resolved immediately by delivering a brand new cuisinart toaster. I really can’t say enough of how impressed we were and I am a frequent traveller. The resort was perfect for a family getaway, everything was within a few minutes walk. The pickleball courts, pool, spa and restaurants were great and we used them all. The spa is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend it. The shells we gathered on the beach were amazing and overall, we will absolutely stay here again when visiting SC. Highly, highly recommend this unit for a family getaway.

Absolutely beautiful home that was perfect for our needs! Wonderful great room with a gorgeous, very well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was ideal and made things so much easier for 5 adults and a toddler to get ready for multiple wedding events. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful place! The house was so incredibly clean & decorated perfectly. The host had a quick response time & answered all questions. My family & I enjoyed our stay here & definitely will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. From the minute we arrived, we felt right at home. Check in at the gate was super easy. The four bedrooms are spacious and you can’t beat 4 full bathrooms with private access from each bedroom. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in an Airbnb (only note is you will need your own spices if you decide to cook). They even had plates and cups for children which was an added bonus for us. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to use. With the property, we had access to all of the Wild Dunes amenities, including several pools which we loved. There are restaurants all within walking distance and this house is within minutes of the resort pool and beach access.
I saw a previous review about construction nearby being bothersome. There was a house right across the street being worked on, but when we were in the house, we couldn’t hear anything.
Can’t wait to come back here!

We loved this house. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Sweetgrass Inn and pool, shops, beach, etc. The house seems brand new, with beautiful furniture, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and a modern beach aesthetic. The master bedroom is large and beautifully designed, as well as the guest room with queen bed and a third bedroom with two twins. The decor is adorable!
There is a sitting area under the house with outdoor couch which was also nice. This house is a great find!
Only issue is three houses surrounding the home are currently under some type of construction. The one immediately next door is currently installing concrete posts so that work started at 7 am in the morning and even on weekends. I did let the property manager know, and they offered to move us but we had already unpacked. Would be nice if the community had time frame like after 9 am and no weekends for construction but they do not. So do ask about status of neighbor construction before booking.

Perfect beach home

My family and I visited this property and absolutely loved it. The house was fully stocked, the decor was lovely, the layout was great, the location was awesome and everything was very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Policies

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
