House was great. Fit our family perfectly. 5 minute walk from pool at resort. 10 minute walk to where we hung out at the beach. Only downside was the neighbors dogs accross the street whi defecated in our front yard requiring my son to scoop before our grandchildren stepped in it. Would love to let the people in charge know that she does not scoop after her dogs do their business. Overall great experience.

60th Party Girls Weekend

All of the guests loved the house and location. The property management team made sure everything was seamless. The home was well appointed and had everything you needed. Maybe a little more cookware with lids would be helpful. The rooms and attached bathrooms were beautiful with lots of storage and beds were super comfortable. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Can’t wait to stay again !

Great family vacation house!

Close walk to beach, pool and boardwalk. Great space for family of 7 with 2 bedrooms on 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on second floor. Beach access is a short walk. Great front porch with rockers to sit and listen to the ocean waves. You can see the ocean between the two houses across the street. Home had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well appointed home exceeded our family's expectations. Excellent, timely response from host when we had questions. Great area and neighborhood, close to beach. The only somewhat downfall that the host should convey is that the nearest beach access is sometimes inaccessible during high tides. There is no beach at the immediate access point due to erosion and there are large rocks to navigate over to get onto the beach. You cannot get a beach cart to the beach at this access point. The pool is also a pretty decent walk from the house. It would also be nice if there were somewhere to store beach items securely such as beach cart, chairs, toys, fishing gear etc., outside. If you really want to secure these items you have to bring them into the home. Otherwise great home, location and host. We enjoyed our stay!

Policies

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
