Fabulous house

This is a great house, the location is fantastic. Super close to the beach and to The Sweetgrass, it’s an easy 3 minute walk through a little walking path. The house is really well decorated, very high end finishes. Side note - the listing is inaccurate, there’s actually 4.5 bathrooms. The two smaller rooms upstairs share a jack and Jill bathroom and all the other bedrooms have their own bathroom plus there’s a half bath on the main level. Overall a super comfortable house, the only thing I would call out is I have been renting houses in IOP/Wild Dunes for over 20 years this is the first house I have rented that has no beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Not a big deal, we brought our own, but for planning purposes it’s worth mentioning. The house is also not well stocked with spices or anything along those lines. We did have a snafu that when we checked in the kitchen was filthy, but Wild Dunes quickly sent someone to clean it that same day.

Rock Star property

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Its close to all the amenities at Wild Dunes and close to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the decor was impeccable!!

Great location between the beach and the pool! House is spacious and beds are comfy with ample space to relax in multiple areas and porches. Outside shower downstairs was nice. Wild Dunes had good customer service.

Policies

While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.

Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.

Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation

A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
VACATION RENTAL AND RESORT POLICIES
Fee Policy
A 16% Resort Fee will be added to each accommodation rate.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be added to each reservation to cover check out cleans. These vary by unit size and seasonality.

Check in time is guaranteed by 4pm.
Check out time is at 10am.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to our vacation homes and condos.

A Cleaning Fee based on the bedroom count of the accommodation will be added to each reservation to cover check-out cleans.

Deposit Policy
Wild Dunes Homes and Condos Deposit: 50% of the value of the entire stay, inclusive of room rate, taxes, resort fees, and package items, is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prearrival. All reservations are non-moveable at the time of booking. All deposits are
nonrefundable if the booking is cancelled.
