Palms’ exclusive Wild Dunes Resort. Nicknamed “Isle Be Here,” and part
of the Wild Dunes Reserve Collection, this custom-built coastal escape

Mornings begin with your choice of espresso, coffee pot, or Keurig before an easy walk to the beach. Afternoons are spent poolside, lounging on the travertine deck, or enjoying the outdoor wet bar. Evenings unwind with music through the integrated Sonos system, a soak in the hot tub, and time together under the stars.
At the heart of the home, a stunning kitchen with marble countertops opens into expansive dining and living areas, anchored by a hand-painted Lowcountry mural inspired by the marsh landscapes of the island. Every space is designed to feel both connected and comfortably spacious.
Each of the seven bedrooms features a private en-suite bathroom, creating a boutique-style experience with names and designs inspired by coastal living: Lowcountry Luxe, Passiflora Paradise, Starry Skies, Royal Palm, Sunrise Surfer, Isle Oasis, and Ocean Palms.
The primary suite offers ocean views, a private balcony, in-room coffee bar, workspace, and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted chromotherapy soaking tub.

Policies
While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at The Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals, or anywhere on the resort grounds. A $400 minimum fee will be assessed, per pet, if in breach of resort policy. Other fees and fines may apply. Service animals are welcome at Wild Dunes Resort and are not subject to the foregoing Pet Policy.
Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that “quiet time” is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm-10 am and Friday and Saturday from 11 pm-10 am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach and public streets. Beach fires and fireworks are prohibited due to fire hazards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tents left unattended on the beach after sunset may be disposed of by the City. For safety, guests are asked to refill any beach holes they may dig.
Smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances are not permitted in any rental units. Fees starting at $400 will be assessed if smoking occurs in the accommodation
